Been playing it a ton with the Corsair and now the P-51 Mustang. The Mustang is pretty sweet in realistic battles, they suck in arcade unfortunately

It doesn't overheat, has a lot of ammo and does really nice burst. Its also great for ground pounding after enemy players go down.
I'm still working on upgrading mine, its so hard vs Japs tho, K-I84s are a pretty good counter for it.

Getting a Ju-87 B2/R2 (tier 1) off the ground with a 1000kg bomb is always a fun challenge. You can one shot kill a bomb target base with this single engine single bomb plane, but getting it off the ground is *not* easy :)

And when you finally manage to get to 50m above tree top level and see an enemy biplane stuck on your 6, it's fun to take control of the tail gun and start shooting him down.

Don't you start in the air with Ju-87?

Yes, but once you drop it and want to get a new one, you don't respawn in the air a second time. You've got to take off the hard way :)
