I have been down this road before. I'll have a meeting with them and gather thoughts. But most of these guys are people I know in real life and tend to enjoy the small tight group that we are. But i'll talk to them none the less.

 

This is what we are. We don't spam recruit and even tho people get to join us, not everyone gets to stay. We keep only those who got the right attitude. I mean everything that's in our recruitment thread is exactly what we are. The only thing that has changed recently is our focus which has shifted away from AB and more towards RB and SB.
It all comes down to having fun and gaming with the right people so when the new recruits don't get accepted, it doesn't mean that they're bad people or bad players, they're just not our material.
So stick around, see if NNG is a good fit for you and we'll take it from there.
