3 more failed shirts. I made 4 mistakes....Flip you School of Hard Knocks!
I put too much pressure on the squeegee, I did not use enough ink and I did not have the press set to the correct distance away from the shirt (Off Contact). On the last shirt, I forgot to cover a hole with tape and the arm shifted making a ghost/shadow look.

You should perfect the look of that distressed one (the second pic) that by far is my favorite out everything you've been shoing.

The ink built up on the shirt side of the screen. The result was excessive ink in one area and not enough in another. This happened because I did not apply equal pressure on the squeegee as I made the shirt. I pushed too hard on the side where there is a lot of ink and not hard enough on the side where there is not enough ink.
There is a process for making distressed images/shirts. I have not learned it yet though.

It is said that the road to success is paved with failure....
A month and a half ago Keleborn asked me to make him a shirt. I made one attempt and failed. I failed because I did not have the right equipment. 2 weeks ago I purchased the needed equipment and for the past 3 days I have been getting it ready for inking.
Tonight I inked the shirt and at the last minute on the last logo on the last pass, the shirt moved and ruined the whole shirt.

Learning is expensive in time, money and relationships. I hope Keleborn is not in a rush to get his shirt. I told him I will start all over again and this time I will do a few things different. This has been by far the most difficult shirt I have attempted to make to date. It has 3 logos, 1 large and 2 small. The size and location of the 3rd logo (on the sleeve) are what make it difficult to do.
I am never so angry at anyone as I am angry at myself when I make mistakes.
The more shirts I make, the more I feel this is more of an art than science.
