    Your memory serves you well!
    590 was the top card at that time and just like they said, 580 will run it on high no problem and 590 will run it on ultra.

    Aren't the current fans pushing heat into your case anyways?

    Not with reference coolers, the push it our the back. The dual fan set ups go into your case though

    I wouldn't say its THAT much of an improvement but it is better

    For the same price range, its worth it and it is on par with the 770 so why get something that isnt on par with the next step if its in your price range?

    770's are $400+, 760 is $300

    Im talking about how the 290x is on par with the 770 and $300.... $100 less and on level, why not

    Just installed GTX 760, things are a lot smoother now, 60c while playing planetside, 80+FPS. Good stuff
