    ZOE Will be getting a cooldown, duration, turning speed decrease and strafe speed decrease sometime in the near future.

    Also a decrease in damage and ROF to compensate for the increased speed, but they're lowering that a tad so that it isn't as annoying.

    Oh, and SOE intends to replace all ZOE Maxes guns with Confetti launchers so that TR and NC have a chance.
