I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone for all the really nice comments in this thread! I've spent more time on the forums in the past week than I have in the past 6 months, which is crazy. But I realized how much I miss hanging with you guys on a more regular basis!

That's it. Just wanted to say thanks :)

Icebalm is doing a great job getting the forums setup on the new server. And they're lightning fast.
Any updates on the TS server?

Yeah I have TS running on sniper (same box as the website) and it seems to work fine, only 32 slots tho. I wanted to apply for a 512 slot non-profit license through teamspeak. We qualify for it, but I don't have an @nononsensegamers.com email which is required. Would you mind applying for us? EDIT: I can wait until the DNS switchover.

Also, about the current TS server configuration, any chance we can get our hands on that so we don't have to redo channels/permissions/etc?

    lol

I like mumble though. Good VOIP. Problem is finding a decently sized server to use.

Problem with mumble is finding other people who use it. Teamspeak is like Mcdonalds, it gets the job done for everybody.

I agree, mumble is somewhat limited in usage and if we want to invite non-members to join us on voice then TS is the way to go.

I've never had that problem though; usually we share the link to other people and they show up if they choose to or not. Of course they still have to install the software, but like you said TS is more well advertised than mumble.
